What documents do I need when I start my credit repair services?

The following documents are needed to start your credit repair services.

  • Drivers License
  • Social Security Verification
  • Proof of address (Utility bill, bank statement, voided check, paycheck stub)

Can I take a picture of the documents on my phone?

Yes, you can use your phones to capture document images. You may also use a scanner and a computer.

If you plan to take a picture with your phone, please place the items flat on a table in a well lit room. Take the photo with your flash turned off.

How do I upload my initial credit repair documents?

It is simple to upload your documents to your online portal.

  1. Login to your portal.
  2. Click on the documents icon.
  3. Select the document type and give it a title.
  4. Select the file to upload.
  5. Click on save.

How long till I see results?

Many of our clients will start seeing results in 35 to 45 days and every 35 to 45 days after that.

How long does the process take?

This is different for every client and it is best to speak with your credit analyst about your specific file. Many of our clients are complete in 4 to 6 months.
